Delivery: Digital products are delivered electronically immediately after purchase via Payhip. You will receive a download link via email. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address.
Download limits: Products may have download limits (typically 3-5 downloads per purchase). If you exceed your download limit, contact us at hello@dxbify.com for assistance.
License: Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the digital product for your own personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload to public platforms, or commercially exploit any purchased product without written permission from DXBIFY.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Once a digital product has been delivered and downloaded, it cannot be returned.
However, DXBIFY offers product-specific guarantees as stated on individual product pages. If a product includes a named guarantee (e.g., "Worth Every Dirham Guarantee," "Dubai Insider Guarantee"), the terms of that guarantee apply and may provide for a refund under specific conditions detailed on the product page.
DXBIFY provides free downloadable resources (checklists, planners, trackers, comparison sheets) available through our platform. These free resources are provided under the same personal-use license as paid products.
You may not resell, redistribute, bundle, or commercially exploit free resources. You may print them for personal use, share the download link (not the PDF itself) with others, and use them within your household or immediate team.
